Kindle edition has no page numbers

This is a restricted review targeted at the Kindle edition of 'Financial Accounting, 7e'. I bought the Kindle version as a result of I did not need to pull an important book everywhere and that i continuously carry a computer on me. whereas this edition (I used Kindle PC) is admittedly nice with linked table of contents, definitions, ability to focus on, search, and take notes (and quickly check them using the pane), the most important downside is that the lack of page numbers. thus if your instructor tells to travel to page variety XYZ, you're out of luck except to painfully scan the chapter to find the content. conjointly the exercises/problems when every chapter might be organized higher to find a selected drawback quickly. I had to require away two stars for this reason as any student can notice it extraordinarily frustrating to find content immediately. i do not shrewdness the publishers/Amazon overlooked this important facet for a book that's widely used as a text book. Also, there's no WILEY and code on the Kindle edition to access extra coaching on-line (will set you back the value of the kindle version again). In short, if you're using this book as a reference, by all means that take into account the Kindle edition. If you're using this as a textbook where you may be asked to travel to an explicit page, assume twice before shopping for the Kindle edition.
Update: additionally to the shortage of page numbers, some elements of the text (e.g., monetary statements of Pepsi and Coca-cola within the appendix) are stored as poor quality graphics. Its nearly not possible to properly scan a number of the numbers and you finish up having to guess what the numbers might be based mostly on the obscure outlines. sadly, a number of these text/graphics are widely used as references in assignment issues, that raise you to tug numbers from them.
